Baker Center Tenants may, in accordance with their lease, utilize directory
listings and suite signs for their space.
Directories are located in the Baker, U.S. Trust, Investors, and Roanoke Building
lobbies. The directory signage is a single strip which includes the suite number
and the Tenant's name.
Additionally, on floors occupied by more than one Tenant, signage displaying
Tenant's names and suite numbers may be provided.
Directory strips are available upon request at the Tenant's expense. Please
submit changes, additions, and deletions in writing to the Baker Center Operations
Manager.
All signage must be approved by Baker Center Management.

If any problems arise with heat and/or air conditioning in your suite,
plumbing in the restrooms on your floor, or any other mechanical problem
throughout the complex, please contact Baker Center operations at 612-344-1880.
The problem will be logged and an HVAC engineer will be dispatched to the
location.

An initial set of keys is furnished for new Tenant spaces based on the number
of employees and size of space. For your convenience, additional keys, re-keying
locks, new lock installation and help in opening locks with no keys can be provided
by calling Baker Center Operations at 612-344-1880.

Storage space for Tenants is available for rental. For available sizes, rates,
and lease terms, contact the Baker Center Management Office at 612-343-4200.

For special heating or cooling requirements due to excessive demands on the
mechanical systems (e.g. heat producing equipment such as computers or duplicating
machines which may require additional cooling or exhaust), please contact the Baker
Center HVAC Department at 612-359-1641.

Baker Center is private property. No soliciting or handbill distribution is allowed.
This prohibition is posted on all Baker Center directories. If you are approached for
solicitation or presented with a handbill, please contact Baker Center Security at
612-344-1880.

The Baker Center Management is able to provide you with names of contractors or
vendors who provide services that may be of use to you as a Baker Center Tenant.
We do not necessarily recommend these people, but offer these contacts as an
accomodation to help you find the services you need.
To ensure all building rules, regulations and city building codes are enforced,
please be advised that any contractor or vendor you select must be approved by Baker
Center Management.
