The Baker Center Garage entrance is located on Eighth Street South between Marquette and Second Avenues South.

Parking

Contract parking is offered on a reserved / self-park or valet service basis. For further information, including availability, contract rates, and applications, please contact the Baker Center Management Office, 400 U.S. Trust Building or call 612-343-4200.

The Baker Center Garage is available to contract parkers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During normal operating hours, Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, the Garage is open and staffed. After hours and on weekends, an access card is required to enter and exit.

The garage is private and for the use of contract parkers and guests of tenants only. All Tenants will be charged at the posted hourly rate for guest parking.
