Tenant Deliveries

The Baker Center loading dock is available for Tenant deliveries between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Deliveries during this time frame are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes. A Baker Center employee is located on the dock to help coordinate freight. If you desire, we will arrange to have your package delivered to you, usually within one-half hour of receipt. There is no charge for this service. If you choose to have us unpack your freight and remove the packaging for you, a nominal charge will be made. Larger deliveries may need to be scheduled for after-hours.

Should you prefer to arrange for your own delivery from the loading dock to your office and need to use the freight elevator, please schedule ahead of time by calling the Baker Center Operations Manager at 612-344-1880.

After-Hours

After-hours emergency deliveries can be arranged by contacting our Security Department at 612-344-1880.
