Baker Center Central
Operations:
Central Operations is an on-site control center monitoring the following:
· life/fire safety systems
· HVAC
· security
· communication
Security:

24 hours per day, 7 days per week on-site uniform security personnel.

Card access system for after hours and weekends. The card system controls and logs entrance to the building from 7 locations including the Baker Center garage and also controls two elevator cabs per building allowing passage only to approved floors.

Fire Safety:

All floors are sprinkled. Common areas on all floors are equipped with smoke detectors. New recall system has been installed in all elevators.

All fire and safety is monitored by computer at Baker Center central operations.
